Can I collect my order from you?
For local customers, we can offer a click and collect service. Please get in contact with us via our chat or by phone or email, to speak with our customer service team about arranging this. Collections are made from our fulfilment centre:. Unit 11-13

The length of time a product takes to be delivered is stated on each product page. Once you have reached the Basket page and selected your delivery area and shipping method, an estimated delivery date will be shown. Please note that we cannot provide
What time of day will my delivery arrive?
Standard and Next Day deliveries to commercial address are delivered between 9am and 5pm. Standard deliveries to residential addresses are delivered between 9am and 6pm.
When will my order be dispatched?
It depends on which delivery service you have chosen. For all Next Day services, your order will be dispatched on the same working day if your order is placed before 4pm. If you place your order after 4pm or on a non-working day, your order will be d

Is there an additional charge on heavy items?
Some heavy and bulky products require delivery on pallets. These are marked as ‘Heavy Item’ and our pallet delivery service applies. Please see our Delivery Information page for a full explanation on how the delivery charges are calculated.
What if I'm out when you try to deliver?
If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within 7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered on a pallet service you
Do I need to sign for delivery?
Most of our deliveries takes pictures as proof of delivery. They may also take a name or add details on where it was left. All pallet deliveries require a signature.
Why is there VAT on delivery charges?
It is a service provided by us and is therefore subject to VAT in accordance with UK law.
Can I have goods sent to different addresses?
Yes, but each delivery address incurs a separate delivery charge and needs to be ordered separately.
Can I have a separate billing and delivery address?
Yes, of course. There is the facility to add a separate address for delivery. (Delivery costs are based on the delivery 'postcode' and your shopping cart will update the delivery charge once the system knows your delivery postcode.). If you are in th
