Can I collect my order from you?

For local customers, we can offer a click and collect service. Please get in contact with us via our chat or by phone or email, to speak with our customer service team about arranging this. Collections are made from our fulfilment centre:. Unit 11-13

What time of day will my delivery arrive?

Standard and Next Day deliveries to commercial address are delivered between 9am and 5pm. Standard deliveries to residential addresses are delivered between 9am and 6pm.

Is there an additional charge on heavy items?

Some heavy and bulky products require delivery on pallets. These are marked as ‘Heavy Item’ and our pallet delivery service applies. Please see our Delivery Information page for a full explanation on how the delivery charges are calculated.

What if I'm out when you try to deliver?

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Most of our deliveries takes pictures as proof of delivery. They may also take a name or add details on where it was left. All pallet deliveries require a signature.

Why is there VAT on delivery charges?

It is a service provided by us and is therefore subject to VAT in accordance with UK law.

Can I have goods sent to different addresses?

Yes, but each delivery address incurs a separate delivery charge and needs to be ordered separately.
