We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Shopfitting Warehouse, but in case you do not like anything you purchased from us, you can return your order or parts of your order for a full refund of the goods for 30 days.

The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in fully resalable and unused condition (which includes assembly) and in their original packaging. We promise you a 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee from the day you received delivery.

We offer Free Returns for 14 days from the day you received delivery, for collections from UK-Mainland addresses. This applies to all products except heavy items (clearly marked on the product pages and for which you would have paid a pallet delivery service). See our Returns page for more details.

Exclusions: Heavy items are for examples slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving, which are excluded from Free Returns, but you can still return these as per our 30 Days Returns and Money-Back Guarantee.
