The following returns information is for our Decorative Wall Panels. For general returns information, see our Returns & Refunds section.

On receipt of panels we ask you to please check them immediately for any damages and report any issues within 24 hours to our customer services team on [email protected] who will be happy to assist you.

If you change your mind and choose to return your panel/s they must be either collected with the original pallet or returned in the box.

Please note, it is important that the bands used to wrap the panels within the box are not cut, to allow for them to be replaced back in the box.

Also, please do not remove the protective film if you'd like to return your panels.
