To return a product, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the return request form on our Returns Page.

2. One of our team will review the request and respond.

3. You will be sent a return acknowledgement letter.

4. Print off this return acknowledgement letter and include it in the packaging in which you are placing the item(s) to be returned.

Returning your order is simple.

You can arrange your own return, or if you'd prefer, we can take care of it for you.

We offer a convenient returns collection service for just £3.95 (ex VAT), which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exclusions: Heavy items are, for example, slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving, which are excluded from Easy Returns, but you can still return these as per our 30 Days Returns and Money-Back Guarantee.
