To return a product, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the return request form on our Returns Page.

2. One of our team will review the request and respond.

3. You will be sent a return acknowledgement letter.

4. Print off this return acknowledgement letter and include it in the packaging in which you are placing the item(s) to be returned.

We make the process as simple as possible and if you request a return within 14 days of purchase, the return postage will be covered (except for heavy items and in some zones) as part of our 30 Days Returns and Money-Back Guarantee.
