The following delivery information is for our Decorative Wall Panels. For general delivery information, see our Shipping & Delivery section.

We will advise you of a delivery date once you have purchased your wall panels. If you are unable to make your delivery date then we will leave your order in a safe place, or it will be returned to your local depot with a card to rearrange delivery at no extra cost. You must arrange re-delivery within 48 hours.

Orders of up to 4 panels will be shipped in a box(s), not on a pallet. Three portrait style panels can be fitted into one box.

Orders of 4 or more panels will require a pallet delivery which will be delivered kerbside. Please advise us when you place your order if you require a delivery vehicle with a forklift and tail lift.

Panels should be flattened before installation. We recommend not keeping them rolled for extended periods, as this may affect how easily they can be flattened for use.

Please check your panels thoroughly before flattening, as they must be re-boxed for return. Once flattened, the panels cannot be re-rolled for shipping.

On receipt of panels we ask you to please check them immediately for any damages and report any issues within 24 hours to our customer services team on [email protected] who will be happy to assist you.
